Export your Bring! list in three steps
Share the list as text in Bring!
Open your list, tap “•••” at the top right and pick the option to share the list as text in the list options, not the one that invites people.
Pick Tomli
In the share menu, tap Tomli under the suggestions. If Tomli isn’t there, tap “Copy” and paste the text into Tomli’s add field.
Check and add
Tomli shows every item with its amount. Untick what you don’t need and tap “Add”.
Three ways to bring your list over
From Bring!, Notes, WhatsApp or an email: share the text to Tomli. Any format works.
Copy the text and paste it into Tomli’s add field. Tomli turns it into single items, and you check them before adding.
Say “milk, six eggs and bread, oh no, whole grain bread”. Tomli writes it down, with amounts and your correction.
Questions
Can I export my Bring! list?
Bring! has no export file. But under “•••” you can share the whole list as text, with amounts, and send it straight to Tomli. Your Bring! list stays as it is.
Can I copy and paste the list instead?
Yes. In Bring!, share the list as text and tap “Copy”. In Tomli, paste the text into the add field. Tomli shows every item for you to check before it lands on your list.
Are amounts kept?
Yes. “2 litres of milk” becomes milk with 2 l. You see every item before anything goes on the list.
What happens to the text?
If you allowed Google AI, Google Gemini reads the text through our server. Otherwise Tomli reads it without AI. Details in the privacy policy (“Shared lists”).
We share our list as a couple. How does that work in Tomli?
One of you imports the list and invites the other to the household by link or code. From then on you both see the same list, live. Nobody needs an account.
Does importing cost anything?
No. Importing, sharing and syncing your list is free and without ads.
Is Tomli part of Bring!?
No. Bring! is a trademark of Bring! Labs AG. Tomli is an independent app by Kolmira UG and has nothing to do with Bring!.
